40th Birthday

Huge milestone for Erik yesterday as he entered a new decade!

Yes, I really put 40 candles on.  Even better, Erik was able to blow them ALL out in one single breath!

T-shirts

I love the ideas in Family Fun magazine, and this is one we tried making during our impromptu trip to NY two weekends ago.  It has been fun to wear the shirts together, but this picture is missing Aunt Shawna in hers.  We'll get one of the 5 of us the next time!  It was some good, girly fun!!

Birthdays!!

We had fun celebrating with Owen and Elaina for their birthdays.  Owen had a party with his friends at BounceU and Elaina had a princess party with the neighborhood playgroup.  We just finished up with a joint family birthday party this weekend.  I can't believe we have a 3, 5 and 7 year old.  They are all such a gift to our family!!

 

January Rainbow

We had this beautiful rainbow in the sky just 2 days after the snow pictures were taken.  It was on Owen's actual birthday so he thought it was an extra special birthday present from God.  I'm quite sure he will never see a rainbow on his birthday again!

Fun in the Snow

We have had so few chances to play in the snow this winter, so we make sure to get out every chance we get!
