St. Patrick's Day

With St. Patrick's Day being on a Saturday, I had lots of time to do some extra fun things to make us all smile!

Gotta love the dollar bins- Owen and Elaina both got to wear theirs to school on Friday too!

We had shamrock pretzels and rainbow cupcakes for lunch.  I forgot to take a picture, but I always buy a box of Lucky Charms for breakfast- the ONLY time of the year they get to have that cereal!

The girls helped me make these cupcakes yesterday.  I'm not sure why the red sunk to the middle, but they were pretty anyway!

Long Week!

This week when Erik was on business and away,

I sought extra fun things to do with the kiddos each day.

Really what more do I need to say,

Thank goodness this week was Dr. Suess' Birthday!

Audrey and Owen both loved the Green Eggs and Ham I served for dinner.  I have to admit it was rather difficult to get past the color, especially for the eggs!

Wednesday was "Wacky Wednesday" both at Owen's school and at our house.

Oobleck is becoming an annual tradition at our house.  I tried to include a video but couldn't get it to work- I'll try to figure it out and add it another day.

And for something else extra and nice, the girls and I got to go see Disney on Ice!
